"It was time for my renewal and I went in to the office to see if there was anything I could do to make my monthly payments cheaper. Nailah was very nice to take time out of her day to sit with me and go over my policies. She gave me info on how to get extra discounts and even emailed the info to me so I wouldn't forget. After completing the tasks to get my discounts, she made sure it reflected on my renewal before my next payment was due.. she was very sweet and helpful thru the whole process!
